What’s Happening Now? 

The Project Team is in the early stages of the Feasibility Study and all their activities will inform the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) / Connecticut Environmental Policy Act (CEPA) Process. Current tasks include formalizing a Public Involvement Plan, development of this website, review of background information and existing documents, and preparation of the Marine Use and Navigation Study. Next steps will include investigation of fixed bridge and rail profile adjustment options.
